First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a new two-drug combination (trifluridine/tipiracil pills plus oxaliplatin IV) in 27 people with advanced biliary tract cancer whose first chemotherapy stopped working or didn't help. The goal is to see if this combo can keep the cancer from growing better than the usual second-line treatment. Participants will be monitored for tumor response and side effects.
