This early-phase trial tests whether adding triapine to standard radioactive therapy (lutetium Lu 177 dotatate) is safe and effective for people with advanced neuroendocrine tumors of the digestive system. About 31 participants whose tumors have worsened after prior treatment will receive the combination. The main goal is to find the best dose and watch for side effects.
