Summary
This study is for children and young adults (ages 1 to 30) whose solid tumors have come back or not gone away with standard treatment. It tests two different drug pairs: one combines Onivyde with talazoparib, the other Onivyde with temozolomide. Both work by damaging cancer cell DNA to kill the cells. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the tumors shrink or stop growing.
