Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of four oral medications can shrink tumors in children whose cancer has returned or did not respond to standard treatments. It focuses on solid tumors and brain tumors. The main goal is to see if this drug regimen is effective at controlling the disease and to monitor its side effects.
