Summary

This study tests the safety of injecting a patient's own fat-derived cells into hard-to-heal anal fistulas caused by Crohn's disease. It includes up to 25 adults who did not improve in an earlier trial. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can help close the fistulas.
