Summary

This study aims to understand how changes in a gene called TREX1 are related to skin symptoms and overall disease activity in people with lupus. Researchers will enroll 90 adults with lupus who have skin involvement to look for patterns between their genes, symptoms, and blood test results. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help with earlier diagnosis and more personalized care in the future.
