Summary
This study aimed to see if a new version of the antidepressant trazodone gets into the body the same way as the currently used version. It involved 64 healthy volunteers who took both pill types in a specific order. The goal was to check if the two versions are essentially equivalent, which is a standard step before a new generic or reformulated drug can be approved.
