Summary

This study tests whether a trauma-informed care plan (TICP) helps patients with complex health needs feel less stress and more understood during medical visits. About 200 patients and their healthcare teams will use the plan, and researchers will measure how acceptable and helpful it is. The goal is to improve care for people who have experienced trauma or violence.
