NCT ID NCT07653893

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at breast cancer that has spread to the brain. Researchers want to understand how much of the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan gets into the fluid around the brain and spinal cord, and whether that amount relates to how well the drug shrinks brain tumors. About 60 adults with this type of cancer will take part, providing samples and scans to help answer these questions.
