First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested whether a single therapy (Transdiagnostic Behavior Therapy) can effectively treat veterans with PTSD, major depression, or panic disorder, compared to using separate therapies for each condition. 304 veterans participated, and their symptoms were measured before, during, and after treatment, with a 6-month follow-up. The goal is to simplify training and make effective mental health care more widely available in the VA system.
