Summary
This study tested a drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that had stopped responding to standard therapy. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors and improve quality of life. However, the trial was stopped early after only 2 out of a planned 41 participants were enrolled.
