Special training boosts speed and power in young female athletes
NCT ID NCT07274566
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special 8-week training program could help young female football players run faster, jump higher, and build stronger hamstring muscles. Thirty-seven players were split into two groups: one did the new training with a resistance device, while the other stuck with their regular team practice. Researchers measured sprint times, jump height, and leg strength to see if the extra training made a difference.
