Summary
This study aims to improve end-of-life care for African American patients by training clinicians to recognize and address racism and cultural differences. Researchers will work with 60 participants, including patients and families, to test a training program that uses storytelling videos and bias awareness exercises. The goal is to help clinicians build stronger connections with patients and ensure care matches their values.
