Can a traditional Coconut-Based diet rewire your metabolism?
NCT ID NCT07423884
Summary
This study aims to see if a specific low-calorie diet, based on traditional Indonesian foods rich in coconut oil, can improve health markers in people with obesity. It will involve 40 university staff members with obesity over 12 weeks, comparing this special diet to a standard balanced diet. Researchers will measure changes in weight, body fat, blood sugar, cholesterol, and other markers to understand if the diet helps control metabolic health problems.
