Summary

This study tested whether tradipitant can reduce nausea and vomiting caused by GLP-1 weight-loss drugs. 124 healthy overweight or obese volunteers took either tradipitant or a placebo. The goal was to see if tradipitant helps people stick with their weight-loss treatment without feeling sick.
