Summary

This study tested whether tradipitant can reduce nausea and vomiting caused by GLP-1 receptor agonist drugs (like Ozempic or Wegovy) in 124 healthy overweight or obese volunteers. Participants received either tradipitant or a placebo, and tracked their symptoms daily. The goal was to see if tradipitant could help people tolerate these weight-loss medications better.
