New trial tests which drug better controls aggressive cancer

Summary
This study compares two cancer drugs, trabectedin and gemcitabine, to see which works better for controlling advanced leiomyosarcoma after initial chemotherapy has stopped working. It will enroll 100 adults whose cancer has progressed despite previous treatment. The trial includes both a randomized comparison group and an observational group for patients who prefer not to be randomly assigned to a treatment.
