Drug holiday vs. continuous therapy: which works better for sarcoma?

Summary

This study looked at 53 adults with advanced soft tissue or uterine sarcoma who had stable disease or responded after six cycles of trabectedin. Half continued the drug, while the other half took a break (drug holiday). The goal was to see which approach better delayed cancer growth and reduced side effects. Results help guide treatment decisions for managing this rare cancer.
