First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TQB3616 combined with standard hormone therapy to see if it can stop breast cancer from returning in people with HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. About 1,946 women who have had surgery to remove their cancer will take either TQB3616 or a placebo pill, plus hormone therapy, for several years. The main goal is to see if the drug helps keep cancer from coming back or spreading.
