New drug aims to outsmart recurrent lymphoma
NCT ID NCT07187960
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests a new drug called TQB2825, a bispecific antibody that targets both CD3 and CD20 proteins, against standard immunotherapy for people with follicular lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. About 228 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either TQB2825 or a combination of rituximab and chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if TQB2825 can delay cancer progression better than the current approach.
