New hope for myelofibrosis patients who failed standard therapy

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TQ05105 in 51 people with intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow disorder. It is for patients whose disease has not responded to or has returned after standard JAK inhibitor therapy. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink the spleen by at least 35% after 24 weeks of treatment.
