New pill could shrink nerve tumors in NF1 patients

Summary
This study tests a new drug called TQ-B3234 in adults with neurofibromatosis type 1 who have painful nerve tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink these tumors better than a placebo. About 177 participants will take either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, and doctors will measure tumor changes using scans.
