First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new technique called TPR (traction, pressure, and rapid muscle release) to see if it makes intramuscular injections less painful and more satisfying. About 102 adults will get a vitamin B12 shot using either the TPR method or the standard method. Researchers will measure pain levels and satisfaction right after the injection.
