Summary
This early-phase trial tested a new way to deliver chemotherapy directly into the abdomen for people with cancer spread there (peritoneal carcinomatosis) who had no other treatment options. The treatment uses tiny particles loaded with paclitaxel to target tumors. The main goals were to check safety and find the best dose. The study was stopped early after enrolling only 4 participants.
