Summary

This study tests a non-invasive light therapy called transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) in 140 adults with ADHD. The goal is to see if shining infrared light on the forehead can improve attention, memory, and brain oxygen levels, and reduce ADHD symptoms. Participants will receive repeated tPBM sessions, and their cognitive performance and brain activity will be measured.
