Summary
This study tests whether combining the drug toripalimab with targeted radiation (SBRT) before surgery can shrink tumors in people with stage IIA to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. About 40 adults aged 18-75 with operable cancer will receive this neoadjuvant therapy, with or without chemotherapy. The main goal is to see how many patients have few or no cancer cells left after treatment.
