Summary
This study tests a drug called sotorasib in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific change in the KRAS gene (called G12C). Participants have not yet received any treatment for their advanced cancer. The goal is to see if sotorasib is safe and effective at shrinking or controlling the tumor. About 39 adults will take part, and their response will be checked with CT scans every 6 weeks.
