Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests a daily nail lacquer containing 2% tofacitinib for nail psoriasis. Ten adults with nail psoriasis will apply the lacquer at home for 26 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in nail appearance using the Nail Psoriasis Severity Index and quality of life using a dermatology questionnaire.
