Summary
This study is testing a new topical cream containing apremilast nanoparticles for people with mild to moderate plaque psoriasis. It will compare the new cream against a standard steroid cream and a combination of both. The goal is to see if the new cream can effectively treat psoriasis while potentially reducing side effects associated with long-term steroid use.
