Summary
This study tests whether applying a cream called poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) along with microneedling can safely reduce wrinkles around the mouth in adults aged 40 to 70. Researchers will also see if it works better to put the cream on before or after the microneedling. Participants will receive two treatments, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.
