New psoriasis cream could offer safer relief

Summary
This study tests a new cream containing apremilast nanoparticles for treating mild to moderate plaque psoriasis. About 36 adults will use either the new cream, a standard steroid cream, or both for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the new cream reduces psoriasis symptoms with fewer side effects than current treatments.
