Summary

This study tests a drug called topefilgrastim in 100 pregnant women at high risk for preeclampsia, a serious blood pressure disorder. Participants receive either a low or high dose of the drug or standard care. The goal is to see if the drug can lower harmful protein levels in the blood and reduce the chance of developing preeclampsia or related problems like early delivery.
