Summary
This study aims to see if toothpaste tablets work as well as regular toothpaste at controlling plaque, gum inflammation, and cavities. For 6 weeks, 50 adult participants will use either the tablets or a standard toothpaste. Researchers will measure plaque, gum health, and cavity history before and after to compare the results.
