This study will test if a toothpaste with stannous fluoride can reduce bacteria on teeth, tongue, cheeks, and gums better than a regular toothpaste. About 100 adults with plaque and gingivitis will brush with one of the two toothpastes. The goal is to see which one controls bacteria and gum inflammation more effectively.
