Gentle drilling battle: which method saves Kids' teeth best?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two gentle drilling methods works better for treating deep cavities in the permanent teeth of children and teens aged 8-19. It will compare a one-visit procedure with a two-visit procedure to see which one better preserves the life of the tooth and prevents future problems. The study will follow 666 participants for up to 3 years to see which treatment leads to healthier, pain-free teeth.
