First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated Apr 27, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of two drugs (nimotuzumab and toripalimab) plus chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with locally advanced tonsillar cancer. About 10 participants will receive the treatment and then have surgery to remove any remaining cancer. The main goal is to see if the cancer completely disappears after the drug combo, which could lead to better outcomes.
