Summary
This study aims to understand if children with suspected obstructive sleep apnea have weaker tongue muscles or less tongue movement compared to healthy children. Researchers will measure tongue strength and mobility in 78 children who are already scheduled for an overnight sleep study. The goal is to gather knowledge about how tongue function might contribute to breathing problems during sleep, which could inform future treatments.
