Summary

This study aims to find out how common non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and its more serious form, NASH, are in Olmsted County. Researchers will follow 800 adults over time to improve diagnosis and track long-term health issues like liver damage, heart problems, and cancer. Participants must be 18 or older, live in Olmsted County, and have no prior NAFLD diagnosis.
