Summary
This study tested a drug called tolebrutinib in adults with moderate-to-severe generalized myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes muscle weakness. Participants took either the drug or a placebo for 26 weeks, with a follow-up period of up to 2 years. The trial was terminated early and enrolled only 6 people, so results are limited.
