Summary

This study is testing whether a pill called Tofacitinib can slow down the growth of glioblastoma, a very aggressive brain cancer, when it comes back after initial treatment. It involves 17 adults with recurrent cancer who will take the pills daily in 28-day cycles. Doctors will use regular brain scans to see if the treatment delays tumor progression and is safe for patients.
