Custom toe cushion aims to stop diabetic foot woes after amputation
NCT ID NCT07441772
Summary
This study is testing if a custom-made, soft toe divider can help people with diabetes who have had a small toe amputated. The goal is to see if the divider improves how they walk, redistributes pressure on the foot, and reduces the risk of developing new foot ulcers. This is a small, early-stage study to see if a larger trial is possible and to learn more about foot health in this patient group.
