Summary
This study looks at whether giving parents special recipes and advice can improve the diets of healthy toddlers aged 24 to 42 months. About 80 children will be split into two groups: one gets personalized meal plans with meat and vegetable recipes, the other gets standard healthy eating advice. The goal is to see if the extra support leads to better intake of key nutrients like iron and zinc over 12 weeks.
