Summary
This study is testing whether a natural form of vitamin E called tocotrienols can help slow the progression of Parkinson's disease. Over two years, 100 Parkinson's patients will take either the supplement or a placebo pill daily. Researchers will measure changes in movement, thinking skills, and quality of life to see if the supplement makes a difference.
