First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called tocilizumab, already used for arthritis, in children and young adults (ages 1 to 39) with a rare brain tumor called adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma that has come back or is growing. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink the tumor or stop it from growing. About 30 participants will receive the drug intravenously, and researchers will monitor tumor response and side effects.
