Summary

This study compares a new drug, tobemstomig, combined with chemotherapy against the current standard treatment (pembrolizumab plus chemo) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated before. The goal is to see if the new combination works better at delaying cancer growth or shrinking tumors. About 182 participants will take part, and the study is currently active but no longer recruiting.
