Summary

This study is testing an experimental antibody called TNB-383B in people with advanced multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to at least three previous treatments. Researchers are giving different doses to find the safest and most effective amount, while closely monitoring how the body handles the drug and whether it helps control the cancer. The trial involves about 220 participants and focuses on safety, side effects, and early signs of effectiveness.
