First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own tumor cells, alone or with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab, for head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the vaccine helps the immune system attack the cancer. About 40 adults with certain types of advanced head and neck cancer are being recruited.
