Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS can shorten the duration of delirium (sudden confusion) that often occurs after heart surgery in people aged 50 and older. Half of the 144 participants will receive real TMS, and half will receive a sham (fake) treatment over five days. The goal is to see if TMS helps people recover their thinking and memory faster.
