Summary

This study tests different amounts of a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation called TMS in 60 older adults (ages 60-85) who have mild memory problems and depression. The goal is to find the best dose to improve both mood and thinking, which could help prevent dementia in the future. Participants will receive accelerated TMS and complete questionnaires and thinking tests.
