NCT ID NCT07192913

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests if transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) can help the brain's natural waste-clearing system remove proteins linked to Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will give TMS to 20 older adults with mild cognitive impairment and measure changes in protein levels and thinking skills. The goal is to see if this non-invasive treatment can slow or improve early memory problems.
